Share and capital structure
The shares of the Company are listed on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia and are included in the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (Mercado Continuo). All the shares are of the same series and class and they offer the same voting and financial rights.

Shareholdings
The shares of Almirall, S.A. are represented by book entries, and Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensación y Liquidación de Valores S.A. (IBERCLEAR) and its participating companies are responsible for the accounting entries.
The Company does not have a register of shareholders, as the shares are represented by book entries. Therefore, the Company does not know its exact shareholding structure apart from the shareholder position through file X-25, which the Company may request from IBERCLEAR only for the Annual General Meeting; from communications made by shareholders upon the publication of the Annual Report; and from the information available on the official website of the Spanish Stock Exchange Commission (CNMV), in the section ‘Significant events' and/or the section concerning ‘Major holdings and own shares'.
