As a listed company, and in accordance with the principles of transparency and market integrity promoted by the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV), Almirall maintains an open, accurate, and timely information policy for the benefit of the financial markets, shareholders, and general public.

Almirall’s corporate governance system

Almirall’s corporate governance system is designed to ensure sound and responsible management of the Company, based on transparency, equal treatment of shareholders, and the protection of the legitimate interests of all stakeholders. 

This system is structured in line with applicable legislation, the Company’s bylaws, and the recommendations set out in the CNMV’s Good Governance Code for Listed Companies. 

To this end, Almirall has established and continuously develops a robust governance framework comprising internal rules, policies, and procedures that regulate the organization, functioning, and decision-making processes of the Company’s governing bodies, while promoting ethical conduct, risk control, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
