Marc Ayas, new Director of International Human Resources and Compensation in Almirall

Barcelona, 18 November 2008.- Almirall announces the appointment of Marc Ayas Carretero as Director Human Resources International & Compensation, reporting to the Human Resources Corporate Director, Anselm Diví. This appointment reinforces the human resources team and is a further example of Almirall’s commitment to its international consolidation and adaptation of its compensation and benefits policies.

Marc studied Physical Science at the University of Barcelona and a Master Degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School.

Marc brings to this position an extensive professional career. In the past he has held positions in a variety of companies in the industrial sector, including Intermas Nets, S.A. as Organisation and IT Manager.  The last few years were spent in Meadwestvaco, as European Human Resources Director.
