Anselm Diví, new Almirall Corporate Director Human Resources

Barcelona, 17 October 2007.- Almirall announces the appointment of Anselm Diví Tormo as Corporate Director of Human Resources and member of the Management Board reporting directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Jorge Gallardo.

Anselm has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from Esade. He joined Almirall in 2006 as Director of Human Resources Management and Development. He has extensive experience in the Human Resources area having previously occupied upper managerial positions in a variety of companies such as Sanofi-Synthelabo for Spain, and Pirelli for Spain and Portugal.

This appointment is a demonstration of Almirall’s commitment to the professional development and promotion of its staff members.
