Almirall selects Morgan Stanley and Santander for the next phase of the Stock Market listing

Barcelona, 21^th February, 2007. Laboratorios Almirall, S.A. (Almirall), a Spanish independent pharmaceutical company, announced today the selection of Morgan Stanley as Global Coordinator and Santander as both Bookrunner of the Spanish Retail offering and Joint Lead Managerof the Institutional tranche.

This decision is a strategic step by the company towards listing its shares on the Spanish Stock Market. Two weeks ago Almirall announced the appointment of Rothschild and ABN AMRO Rothschild as financial advisers for the listing and equity offering.
