Suppliers are also required to meet the standards set forth in the Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Supplier Onboarding

We onboard our suppliers through the platform SAP Ariba platform.

SAP Ariba is the platform that we use to onboard and register suppliers, as well as to manage certain purchasing activities at Almirall. During the registration phase, initiated by an email notification, suppliers are required to provide basic information and accept the Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Suppliers must keep their company information up to date in the SAP Ariba platform where they can view and manage the purchase orders and invoices.

Suppliers will not be able to upload the invoices until the Almirall employee who requested the goods or services has confirmed receipt.

Worker Accreditation System (through self-certification)

Supplier’s staff providing onsite sevices must obtain accreditation through Almirall’s Worker Accreditation System,

Physical access to an Almirall work centre to carry out onsite services requires that suppliers’ staff (both employees and subcontracted) self- certify via the Worker Accreditation Document (WAD) systemto ensure compliance with the Business Coordination Activity process (CAE management).

Note: this process begins in the SAP Ariba supplier account by completing the HSE questionnaire.

Terms & Conditions

Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions

We expect our suppliers to act ethically and in good faith, deliver quality goods and services, and meet contractual commitments. In the absence of a duly signed contract, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will apply.During the commercial relationship, suppliers are expected to comply with the requirements set out in these terms. Unless a specific written agreement has been duly signed between the supplier and Almirall, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will govern the supply of goods and/or provision of services.
