We aim to drive sourcing excellence in partnership with the business, while maintaining superior product/service quality and ensuring a stable ethical and sustainable supply chain.

Supplier Onboarding

We onboard our suppliers through the platform SAP Ariba.

SAP Ariba is the platform that we use to onboard and register our suppliers, as well as to manage certain purchases within Almirall. During the registration phase, triggered by an email notification, suppliers are requested to provide basic information and accept our Almirall Suppliers’ Code of Conduct.

Suppliers must keep the company information updated in SAP Ariba platform where they can view and manage the purchase orders and invoices.

Suppliers will not be able to upload the invoice until the Almirall employee who requested the goods / services performs its good receipt.

Terms & Conditions

Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions

We expect our suppliers to act ethically and in good faith, provide quality services and goods and meet the contractual commitments. In the absence of a signed contract, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will be applicable.

During the commercial relationship we expect our suppliers to meet a set of expectations contained here. Unless a specific written agreement has been duly signed between the supplier an Almirall, the Almirall Purchase Terms and Conditions will be applicable to the supply of goods and/or provision of services.
