The interview is the part of the recruitment process that enables us to get to know you better and assess whether your profile fits with the role we are seeking. It also gives you the chance to find out more about the company and the position and decide whether this suits your professional expectations.

This is why we hold several interviews throughout the process, during which we encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish. If we are going to work together, we feel it is important to get to know each other beforehand.

During the interview, we will ask you open questions that enable you to explain us in detail your education and professional background. 

At Almirall, we conduct interviews according to our values and competencies model. We will therefore ask about specific situations you have experienced during your professional career. We encourage you to think about real examples to share with us during the interview. Hearing about how you managed certain situations in the past will help us predict how you would manage them in the future.

During the interview, we also discuss the most important technical aspects of the position.
