Almirall Sant Feliu R&D centre

Almirall's Sant Feliu R&D centre in the outskirts of Barcelona was inaugurated in 2006 and represents the largest investment made by the pharmaceutical industry in Spain. This facility with a surface area of more than 27,500m2 and equipped with the most advanced technological resources, represents a benchmark for biomedical research in Spain.

In Sant Feliu, our scientists enjoy a state-of-the-art R&D centre that has brought together all the different skill sets necessary to discover and develop medicines that address unmet medical needs within our therapeutic area.

Almirall Sofotec R&D Centre

This is a centre of excellence in pharmaceutical development, located in the German town of Bad-Homburg, near Frankfurt, dedicated to designing and developing devices for inhaled drug delivery.

Almirall Reinbek/Dermatology R&D Centre

As a result of Almirall's acquisition of Hermal, a Dermatology Centre of Excellence has been established in Reinbek, just outside Hamburg (Germany). This R&D site performs research into the treatment of skin alterations for topical delivery.
